Weightlifting

Weightlifting is a discipline that requires coordination, mobility, strength and balance.

Weightlifting classes are offered by a certified coach who has a thorough knowledge of the discipline.
You can learn about the clean, the snatch, the clean push press and squat with confidence.

The lesson :

  • 8 to 10 people per course to ensure growth and more effective learning.
  • These courses are open to all and are planned by our head coach.
  • Tracking gains in weightlifting is individual.
  • The course duration will vary from 45 minutes to 2 hours for long sessions.
