How to join

Do you want to be part of our family ? Here are the easy steps for your integration :

If you have NEVER done CrossFit before:

Step 1 :

– You will need to start with our pack of 6 sessions adapted to beginners: Only 50 euros

CrossFit is a sport with a lot of technical movements and vocabulary and before joining normal classes it is essential to know what we call the ‘FOUNDATIONS’.
(to ease your integration to regular classes)

You will have access to 6 CLASSES PER WEEK in small groups

Classes will be held:

– Monday: 8 pm
– Tuesday: 8 pm
– Wednesday: 8 pm
– Thursday 8 pm
– Friday: 7pm
– Saturday: 10.30 am

Once the 6 sessions are completed you will be able to buy a membership and attend any of our classes

Also, you will receive a diploma that will certify that you successfully passed the foundations and do not need to do them again/pay again if you go to another CrossFit box abroad

 Here are the steps to buy your PACK OF FOUNDATION:

Go on our website: www.crossfitf15.com
Section: membership
Scroll down and you will see the ‘Foundations’ pack of 6 sessions
Click on ‘Buy’ 
Create new account

And you will then be able to book classes

You will have your login when you will create your account.

If you HAVE ALREADY done CrossFit before:

Step 1 :

– Check our memberships in the ‘Membership’ sections and decide what membership is the most suitable for you

Step 2 :

Once you decided on a membership:

-Click on ‘BUY’
– Click on ‘Create New Account’
– Fill in the details in the form
– Pay your membership by card

And you will then be able to book classes

You will have your login when you will create your account.

Book your spot

Step 3 :

Once your membership is paid, you can book your spots through our mobile app: Resawod that you can download on your app store or through our website in the section ‘book your spot’

You can book up to 3 sessions at a time.

(Ex : you can book a class : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, as soon as the Monday class is over, you can book another spot for Thursday or Friday).
