Rodmar Pulis began practicing Olympic Weightlifting at the age of 14 and since then has become one of Malta’s household names in the sport.

Rodmar topped the rankings of the local scene for a quite a few years in which he won several national titles and established several national records.

Pulis, was also the first and youngest athlete to date that has represented Malta in the University Games, Mediterranean Games, and European Senior Championships in which has always achieved great results.

His best achievements so far were the winning the bronze and silver medals in Commonwealth Championships and being the first Maltese weightlifter to be selected to represent Malta in the Rio 2016 Olympics, which unfortunately he had to forfeit due to a serious shoulder injury that required surgery.

During the past few years Rodmar has been dedicating more time for coaching, especially the young athletes and is currently responsible for the youth development within the Malta Weightlifting Association.

This is the third CrossFit box I've been to and it's by far, the best one. And here I'm telling you why: The coaches are focusing on the client, in the 1st place: our form, our improvement, and our enjoyment. Thanks!
