The CrossFit class is our main class at CrossFit F15.
It is suitable to any level of fitness from beginner to advanced and a coach is always there to teach you the techniques and make sure you perform the movements properly and safely.

Each day, the workout will be different and will test different part of functional strength or conditioning, not specialising in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that is capable of practically anything and everything.
What to expect?
You will lift, jump, run, push, pull, row, swim and have a lot of fun!
The class starts with a warm up, followed by either some skill progression or some strength exercises. You will then perform a high intensity workout usually between 7 minutes up to 30 minutes.
You will be trained to improve 10 physical skills 💪🏻 endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, accuracy.
