Mobility exercices – Stretching – injury prevention
Attending this class will help you increase your range of motion of joints and muscles and therefore improve position, posture, power and efficiency!
This will ultimately improve sport performance and reduce risks of injury.
Mobility training can alleviate everyday aches and pains as well as improve body awareness.
During this class, you will focus on improvement of movements ranges through exercises with sticks and other equipments as well as active or passive stretching. You will then return to a calm state of relaxation exercises towards the end.
You will not only stretch but also work on your muscles and joints, adapting every exercise to the fitness level of the participants!
