The team workout is a session similar to the CrossFit class but you will have more time dedicated to strength work, technique and skills.

The final workout is usually a chipper, meaning a longer type of workout, challenging and hard (but as all our classes, adapted to all levels) 👊🏻 This class will mix elements of cardio (row, bike, ski…) with gymnastics and weightlifting/barbell cycling techniques!

You will Clean, snatch, deadlift, squat, work on pull up, muscle up and all gymnastics, also strongman work and cardio like bike, row ….and everything else related to crossfit !
