I'AM A BEGINNER, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

The best way to understand what is CrossFit and see if you like it before you decide to join is to contact us do a free trial

You can contact us to check availability.

Once you have done the trial and you decide to join, you can just buy a membership and join any classes using the suitable level (beginner, intermediate or elite).

The coach will always guide you anyway

CAN I GET A FREE TRIAL ?

I’M CROSSFIT EXPERIENCED, HOW CAN I JOIN ?

You can directly buy a membership in the “membership” section of the website, create your account, download our app: Resawod, book your classes and get started

ARE MEMBERSHIPS REFUNDABLE ?

Memberships are not refundable and cannot be cancelled.
If you are injured you would need to provide a certificate and we would pause your membership until you recover. The certificate would need to specify a timeframe so we know how long to pause it for

I HAVE A MONTHLY PLAN, CAN I CANCEL IT IF I WANT TO ?

When you purchase a membership with a monthly payment plan, we offer you a facility of payment.

You also get a better price as you commit yourself for a period of 3 or 6 months. Signing up is a commitment just like any services you may subscribe to.

You cannot cancel a membership for any reason. Once you commit yourself you need to stick to that commitment.

I HAVE A MONTHLY PACK BUT I’M INJURED ?

If you are injured, you would need to inform us and provide us with a medical certificate showing a timeframe in which you would need to rest before being allowed to continue training.

We would then pause your membership and reopen it once you are recovered

I HAVE A PACK OF SESSIONS, HOW LONG IS IT VALID FOR ?

Your pack of sessions is valid for a period of 3 months

I'M FIT CAN I JOIN REGULAR CLASSES DIRECTLY ?

Yes, you can buy a membership via the membership section of the website and get started. The coach will guide you on which level of the workout you should use to make sure it is challenging and safe.

CAN I JUST SIGN UP AND TRAIN ON MY OWN OR ONLY DO OPEN GYM

CrossFit is not like a “normal Gym” where anyone come to train on their own…
Crossfit means “Classes” “Coaching” “progressions” “community” “Values”…
You can imagine if we would let anyone join open gym without any minimum requirements, what would happens to our concept or to the safety..?

If you do not master the movements ofit the test, means that you need still need to attend classes and need a coach to understand which progression is good for you to achieve them… If you work alone you take the risk to do a lot of mistakes and to get injured… which we do not want for you

Progression” the coach takes times to create a programming that you need to follow to improve your Fitness (no class = no progression)

When you start Crossfit you start a New “Sport” and like any sport you need to be supervised at least until you reach a certain level which allow you to train in autonomy and in safety

So, who can join the open gym spot and why you should join it?

– If you want to compete in Crossfit.

– If you have reached a correct Fitness Level (test passed successfully) and you need some extra work for your progression and improve some weaknesses.

– If you get personal training with one of our coaches and you need to follow his/her programming.

HOW CAN I BOOK CLASSES ?

Once you bought your membership online, you will need to create your account.

Once the account is created you will receive your logins by email.

You can then, download our mobile app: RESAWOD

Use your ID and password to log in and you can book your classes.

IS IT MANDATORY TO BOOK CLASSES ?

Yes, it is mandatory.

Why? We have a limited space and we need to make sure we do not overbook classes so everybody have their space to train properly and safely.

To book classes, you can either buy a membership and use our mobile app to book: RESAWOD or contact us if you have never done CrossFit and want to get a trial.

CAN I JUST SHOW UP AND TRAIN ?

Unfortunately not, we only take online bookings. You can either get a membership or contact us if you have never done CrossFit before to check availability for a trial

HOW CAN I CANCEL A CLASS I BOOKED ?

You would need to log in on your RESAWOD app

Go in the section “my bookings”

Select the class you would like to cancel

Click on “leave this activity”

You will receive a confirmation email.

You can only unbook a class maximum 2h before the begining of the class.

Past the 2h limit, you would need to contact us to inform us!

IS CANCELLING CLASSES MANDATORY ?

Yes it is mandatory. We do have people on waiting list and if you do not cancel you block the place for someone that would have like to come.

Cancelling can be done via our app or you can contact us to inform us.

Not unbooking a class and not informing is against our policies and would cost you a penalty workout!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DONT CANCEL A CLASS AND DONT COME ?

Well, you would have basically prevent from someone to come which is not fair.

You will be given a penalty workout which you would need to complete before being allowed to join a class.

AM I INFORMED IF A SPACE IS AVAILABLE WHEN ON WAITING LIST ?

Yes, you will receive a notification on your app.
You can just “leave the waiting list”and then join the class!

WHAT CAN INCURR A PENALTY WORKOUT?

Being a community sport, rules apply to ensure the good functioning of the box.

You might get a penalty workout if:

– You are late
– Do not unbook a class and do not show up
– Do not clean your equipments or damage your equipments
– Use your phone during a class
– Do not come with your training in your bag

WHEN IS THE PENALTY MEANT TO BE DONE ?

The penalty has to be done before your next class. No penalty done, no class

WHAT ARE THE ESSIENTIAL RULES ?

Please refer to the rules and policies page, but to sum up:

IF YOU BOOK A CLASS, CANNOT MAKE IT AND DO NOT UNBOOK IT OR DO NOT ADVISE US IF IT’S A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION, WE WOULD SUSPEND YOUR MEMBERSHIP FOR 3 DAYS AND GIVE PRIORITY TO OTHERS (PENALTY WORKOUT APPLIES)

We have limited spaces and it happens that we have people on waiting list so if you unbook on time or advise us, we can ask them to come. We know it sounds just like respect and common sense but it is not always the case for everybody.

HOW LONG IS A CLASS ?

A class lasts one hour

WHAT IS A STRUCTURE OF A CLASS ?

A class always start with a good warm up to prepare your body

Then the coach will either teach you a skill (gymnastics, lifting, …) or will make you work on your strength (squat, deadlift, press…)

Once completed, the coach will introduce the workout and show you the movements as well as scaling options according to your level

To finish you will do some active stretching or a cool down =)

ARE YOUR CLASSES FOR EVERYBODY? IS THERE ANY FITNESS LEVEL REQUIRED ?

Our classes fit all fitness level. A coach is always here for you and every movements or exercises can be scaled to your level so you can perform the workout at your own level ! It does not matter you age, your body weight, we would take care of you!

I WANT TO DROP IN, HOW TO DO ?

If you would like to book a drop in we invite you to do so via our website

Section “Membership”, you will see the “Drop in” voucher further down, click on “Buy”, you will need to “Create a new account” and you can see the time and classes, and book your drop in at your convenience
For your information a drop in is 15 e.
Please, note that we also have a 3 drop-in option and an unlimited week pass (“Holiday pass”) in case you were planning to come more than once 🙂
Due to a high demand of Drop-ins, all the bookings have to be done online.

HOW CAN I ACCESS OPEN GYM ?

In order to access open gym you would need to pass the following test:

-10/6 Pull Up
– 10/6 Ring dips
-10/6 Back Squat Bw
– 10/6 Ohs Empty bar
– 10 Double Unders

It is the minimum required to show you master the very basics of CrossFit. If you do not manage this test it means you still need to attend classes until you reach the minimum required level

F15 CLASSES

Workout of the Day: It is the classic CrossFit workout. It mixes movements of weightlifting, element of cardio and gymnastics. The class lasts one hour and is always monitored by a coach. Every movements can be scaled to your level so you can complete the workout at your own pace/level

This class is focusing on improving your technique of the weightlifting movements used in CrossFit: Clean and Jerk, Snatch …

Class lasts one hour and is monitored by a professional weightlifter and coach to ensure the best advices and a safe environment.

This class is designed for advanced CrossFitters that would like to join a tough session and sweat with the coach

This class also lasts one hour and focuse on helping you improve your gymnastic skills using drills and progression. In CrossFit we do:

Pull up – Chest to bar- Muscle up – Handstand push up – Push up – Handstand walk – Toes to bar etc

It is a great class to help you gain strength and improve your technique

This class focus on helping you improve your engine, as in your Cardio. The workout uses a lot of rowing, running, skipping rope and everything of cardio to make you sweat and get stronger and more endurant!
