Hey guys ! I’m Lazar one of the coaches at Crossfit F15
I am a competitive coach/athlete with over 6 years of experience in the gym. My 6 years were spread amongst different styles of training such as bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting and now CrossFit, which is here to stay.
Each style of training I practiced and learnt about in these years has allowed me to gain enough experience and knowledge to help people become the best possible version of themselves.
Whether your goals are to get leaner, stronger, fitter or even prepare for a certain sport, I know what steps we need to take in order to get the right results for you.
I have 3 full years of group coaching experience that has allowed me to understand people’s individual needs allowing me to help them tackle their problems quickly and most importantly safely.
