The programming of our Gymnastics classes focuses on developing both the skill and the strength required to perform and improve gymnastics movements such as pull up – chest to bar – muscle up – toes to bar – handstand push up – handstand walk..

The Gymnastics class is suitable to all levels of fitness.

You will learn lots of effective drills and progression taught by the most experienced and competent coaches you can find.

Whether you are working towards your first pull up or aiming to improve your ring muscle up, we have all it takes to get you where you want to be.

Coaches are CrossFit level 2 certified, gymnastics certified but also hold state diplomas in strength and conditioning as well as having extensive experience in coaching and competing.
