The Conditioning class is suitable to any level of fitness !
You will row, run, swim, do skierg, bike erg, assault bike, double unders mixed with other movements in order to boost your athletic performance and to give you a stronger physique.
Conditioning training is sustainable, repeatable and paced efforts (65-75% of maximum heart rate)
As well as building endurance and mental strength, this class will help you:
